By accessing or using the Reacted platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Reacted LLC ("Reacted," "we," "us") operates an online marketplace that allows users ("Fans") to request personalized video responses from independent content creators ("Creators").

Reacted does not create, produce, or supervise Creator content.

3. Independent Creators

Creators are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Reacted.

Reacted does not control the content, opinions, advice, or statements made by Creators.

Creators are solely responsible for their content.

4. Informational / Entertainment Disclaimer

All content provided through the Platform is for informational and/or entertainment purposes only.

Reacted does not provide medical, legal, financial, fitness, professional, or other licensed advice.

You acknowledge that any reliance on Creator content is at your own risk.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

Creators set their own pricing.

Payment is processed at the time of request.

All purchases are final and non-refundable once a Creator delivers a video response.

Refunds may only be issued if:

• A Creator declines a request; or
• A request is reported as inappropriate and Reacted determines the request does not violate Platform policies.

If a request is deemed inappropriate, no refund will be issued.

6. User Content & License

By submitting any video, text, or materials ("User Content"), you:

• Represent that you own or have the right to submit the content.
• Represent that if your video or content depicts another identifiable person, you have obtained that person's consent to be recorded and to have the content submitted on the Platform.
• Grant Reacted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit the content for the purpose of operating the Platform.

You are solely responsible for your User Content.

Reacted reserves the right to remove content at its sole discretion.

7. Prohibited Content

Users may not submit content that:

• Is illegal
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech or harassment
• Contains nudity or sexually explicit content
• Depicts another person without that person's consent
• Includes explicit unlawful material
• Violates any applicable law

Reacted may remove content and suspend accounts at its discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Reacted LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Creator content
• Advice given
• User reliance
• Platform interruptions

Reacted's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reacted LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your content
• Your misuse of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms

10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida.

You waive the right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Modifications

Reacted reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
