How do I get paid?

You connect a Stripe account during setup. When a fan pays for a request, we hold the payment on the platform. When you deliver your reaction video, we transfer your share (minus our platform fee) to your Stripe Connect account. If you decline a request, the fan is refunded and you never receive the payment.

Do I have to accept every request?

No. You can review each request and choose to accept or decline. You can also set a daily limit and pause new requests anytime in Settings.

When do I get paid?

When you mark a reaction as complete and the fan receives their video, we transfer your earnings to your Stripe Connect account. Payouts from Stripe to your bank follow Stripe’s schedule (e.g. rolling payouts). If you decline or don’t deliver in time, the fan is refunded and no transfer is made to you.

What do I need to get started?

You need an account, a display name, and a Stripe account connected so you can receive payouts. Then set your pricing and delivery times in Settings. Once that’s done, you’ll appear in Discover and can start receiving requests.

Can I set my own prices?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You set prices for short, long, and extended reaction tiers (and optional rush delivery). You can change them anytime in Settings. Leave a tier empty if you don’t want to offer it.
