What’s going on everyone—I'm Chris Mitchell, chef and founder of my catering company, which I started back in 2018 with one goal: create food that people actually remember. I specialize in bringing bold flavors, creative dishes, and elevated comfort food to weddings, private events, and special occasions. For me, cooking isn’t just about feeding people—it’s about creating an experience. When I’m not in the kitchen experimenting with new dishes or running events, I’m working toward launching a nonprofit project to give back and help others find opportunity through food.
